Why are your international shipping rates
so low? Why do I get my CD's without cases?
We proudly offer LOW international shipping rates as we send
the CDs without jewel cases so you save $$$ on postage!. Don't panic though,
the CDs are packaged very securely so you don't receive any damaged/scratched
CDs. Also, it is less likely to have problems with foreign customs if the
packages are kept small!. Needless to say, you'll receive the CD with its
complete inserts/printwork, just add the jewel case when you receive it,
that's it!. Thanks for understanding!.
However, if you'd like to receive your CDs with cases, just click the "ADD PLASTIC CASES" option available at checkout and select the number of cases of your choice (each case is $1.50 only). Rest assured that if you decide not to add plastic cases to your order, your CDs will be very well packaged and protected against any kind of damage!.
How can I check my Order Status online?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
You will see the estimated delivery time next to each shipping
option during check-out.
Why did I receive a credit slip with my order?
You received a
credit slip because the item(s) you’ve ordered is not in stock and you
didn’t list alternates, so please ALWAYS list alternatives or e-mail us @
mailorder@goregiasticrecords.com to check availability.
IMPORTANT: Credit slips are valid for 60 days after the date issued.
Do you accept exchanges?
We do NOT accept
accept exchanges!. We will not accept returns because you didn’t like what
